—FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST— Tri County Animal Rescue, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter in Boca Raton is seeking qualified, EXPERIENCED Front Desk Receptionists for full or part time positions.The right individual will assist with adoptions as well as greet clients and donors. Also assist front office management as needed. This is a very busy, hectic environment. This position requires a positive attitude at all times and a pleasant, respectful disposition when dealing with our clients and donors. Must have a bubbly, vivacious personality. You will be working with dogs at your feet. Please do not apply if you have fear of or allergies to dogs or cats.Duties Include:- Greeting and assisting clients and donors as they enter the facility.- Answering busy phones.- Preparing paperwork and carrying out the processes of adoptions, animal surrenders,stray intakes.- Handling paperwork for all volunteer orientations.- Data entry.- Assisting management when needed.Requirements:- MUST HAVE PRIOR FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE- Able to keep positive attitude in a high pressure, noisy environment.- Strong ability to multi-task- Strong attention to detail and organization.- Must be able to move around in a crowded environment- Ability to work around dogs (cannot have fear of dogs or allergies)- Ability to stand for at least 4 hours at a time.- Must be a fast learner.- Data entry experience is a plus.- Must have reliable transportation. — KENNEL ATTENDANT— Tri County Animal Rescue, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter in Boca Raton is seeking qualified, experienced Kennel Attendants for full-time positions.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the well being and care of over 60 dogs at all times. This is a very busy, hectic environment and requires employees to be constantly moving, bending, stretching and lifting.
